01 Introduction & Consent

By accessing vx8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") at vx8.im or registering an account, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing the relationship between vx8 and its members.

02 Account Registration

Opening an account on vx8 is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false or incorrect information may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Each individual may only register one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and date of birth provided at registration must match your national ID.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Sharing it with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If your contact details change, update your account immediately.
• vx8 may request identity verification (KYC) documents when necessary. Failure to provide documents within the specified timeframe may result in transaction restrictions.

03 Age Verification

Under vx8's terms and conditions, members must be at least 18 years of age to participate on the platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform in any capacity.

Vx8 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time for age verification purposes. Failure to submit the required documents will result in a temporary account suspension and withdrawal processing will be put on hold.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

05 Bonuses & Promotions

All vx8 bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms of that offer.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered members only.
• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus validity periods generally range from 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated in a specific offer.

06 Gaming Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by a third party.
• If you are disconnected during a game, the outcome of that round will be finalized based on the server record.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are a clear violation of vx8's terms and conditions and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Vx8 may close or suspend any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no login for more than 12 months).

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (if withdrawable) will be returned, but any bonus balance will be forfeited.
